Our dog food contains 85-90% meat, organs, and bones to mirror a dog's ancestral diet, as well as 10-15% fruits and lightly roasted vegetables. This ratio is designed to provide a balanced meal that is rich in essential nutrients.
Absolutely not! Mechanically Separated Meat (a.k.a. MSM or otherwise known as meal) is meat that is deemed unfit for human consumption, is highly processed, and is used to produce the majority of kibble that you will find on store shelves.

This is why you'll never see "Muscle Meat" in our recipes. As an example, our beef recipe (The Big Beef) lists beef chuck as the #1 ingredient and not muscle meat! We do this on all of our recipes.
